You absolutely should take fish oil supplements! You can take fish oil in pill form, or you can even take in liquid form. (Really, it does not taste so bad!) Fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA and EPA. "DHA" means docosahexaenoic acid, while the "EPA" means eicosapentaenoic acid. These are two of the many types of omega-3 fatty acids, which should be in our diet. But that, unfortunately, are not. Here's why.

Knowing this, you can see how a diet that has adequate amounts of fatty acids would not be a superior diet for optimum health. There are other conditions that are thought to be affected by the lack of these essential fatty acids. These include allergies, diabetes and arthritis. Even ADHD was associated with a lack of Omega-3.
So, if omega-3 essential acids so important for our health and we can not get them through our diet, how in the world we can get the amount we have to maintain and improve our health? The answer to this question is through fish oil or in tablet form or as a liquid.
